What every woman should eat REGULARLY...


to prevent breast cancer

1. All types of beans or bean products such as soy bean milk, tofu, etc.
 

2. Fish

3. All types of mushrooms











Papaya prevents b cancer and even halts/kills cancer cells.

Walnuts are good, too.

Am writing this in the middle of making bean curd kimchi stew right now ^^,
after reading an article about 3 must-have foods
to prevent breast cancer.
